7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

7.3 No Subscription

UseBotox does not use subscription billing. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Your access period begins when your payment is processed and ends 30 days later.

7.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process
Upon refund, your access to the Service will be terminated

7.5 Taxes

You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Prices displayed may not include taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED
WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS
WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY MEDICAL DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $39, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UseBotox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of another.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Conduct that we believe is fraudulent or illegal

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and UseBotox regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16.2 Severability

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
